Pringle of Scotland introduced it’s new range in Milan this week … but instead of the old fashioned but long lasting cashmere classic garments, Clare Waight Keller, knitwear designer, had other garments in mind.

Was it the change in the weather which inspired the collection of outerwear knitwear garments?

Is this the future of cashmere?

We can only hope so because of the potential of future business growth in this area of design.  This is definitely a fashion trend which could have a very long way to go.

The classically tailored suits were topped with knife-pleated kilts (a trend this season) that looked smart and decidedly wearable. But it was the variations and innovations in knitwear construction that truly showed how committed the brand is to both fine craftsmanship and modernity.
